Unlike most companies, we don’t require prior Python experience. In fact, we prefer bringing in motivated people with little to no background in Python so we can train them directly in the frameworks and practices our clients need.

Job Description

As a Junior Python Developer, you’ll start with our 6–8 week paid onboarding program. During this time, you’ll:

• Learn Python from the ground up, guided by our structured training program.
• Get hands-on with our internal frameworks and tools.
• Use state-of-the-art AI technology to assist in both learning and coding.
• Work alongside mentors and peers in real-life coding scenarios.

Once you complete onboarding, you’ll join customer projects as a consultant, building applications and solving real problems with support from our team.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in our training and onboarding program.
• Write, test, and debug Python code under mentorship.
• Collaborate with other developers and consultants on client projects.
• Continuously learn and apply new frameworks, tools, and practices.

Qualifications

• No prior Python experience required: we will train you from scratch.
• Strong motivation to learn software development.
• Logical and analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
• Good communication skills and eagerness to work with clients.
